Jim recently came and installed a new combi boiler for us. Jim was able to give us advice about the correct boiler to choose – considering the size of our property and budget. We had 3 estimates, including one from British Gas, and Jim’s estimate was the lowest.

Jim started the job on the agreed day and stayed for the whole week while he carried out the work. This is in stark contrast to a lot of plumbers I know, who tend to do a day here and there.

Jim works to a very high standard and is only happy when the job is finished correctly. He is a clean and tidy worker and is always very polite.

JIM EDWARDS.
 I am writing this letter of recommendation of Jim Edwards,
the Cambridge Plumber in order to Thank Him for all the work
he has done on our home in Girton.
Unknown to me in the beginning, Jim was recommended to me by a long standing family friend, to replace our very old very
inefficient Gas Central Heating Boiler. Jim fitted a new Highly Efficient wall mounted boiler, and flushed out the system. We now
have heat in 5 minutes, and NOT the 1/2 hour it used to be. Also hot water from the tap every time required, and no need for a
hot water storage tank, so airing cupboard is now more spacious.
It's fantastic, and since doing this for us Jim has returned and
replaced the ground-floor W.C with a new one with low-level systen, and replaced our 'dated'  bathroom suite with new W.C, sink
and pedestal, bath and shower, and even replaced the old radiator with a new convector C.H radiator.We hold Jim in very high regard, for his honesty, friendliness and skill. Also his attention to detail and his desire to give you what you want  at an affordable price, puts him Top of Our list for Customer Satisfaction.
