We wanted to install a shower cubicle in a tiny downstairs cloakroom, a job declined by many because of its complexity. We also had a new suite and shower put in our main bathroom. Jim took on the plumbing task and we were very impressed with his work. Throughout the project he was willing to listen to questions and took time out to explain any queries thoroughly.
