In these days of quite often 'mediocre' services, it was a breath of fresh air when we employed the services of Jim Edwards.

A favourable quote followed by an efficient service and various repairs made me thankful that we chose Jim.

Polite, friendly and with an attention to detail along with meticulous cleanliness left us very pleased with the service that we recieved.

I have used Jim again and he accommodated us at short notice and rectified the problem efficiently and at a very reasonable price.

I don't often recommend tradesmen to other friends and family but in the case of Jim, I happily make an acception!

We have been using Jim's help for standard servicing of the boiler and fireplace.
Having not a very good experience with other plumbers we were looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable.
It definitely looks like our search is over - Jim's maintenance skills are great, not just with
standard procedures but most importantly with creative responding to unexpected events, like figuring out
how to start and keep alive an almost dead boiler in the middle of the winter.
That was a GREAT help.

Recently, we asked Jim for a larger job - replacing the boiler and all the piping.
Due to a different sizing, the existing pipes had to be replaced and Jim again, showed flexibilty and
inventiveness in approaching to all the problems he was faced with.
A few days later we had a great new unit which has been working like a dream since.

All this combined with professional and cheerful attitude, great work ethics and cost efficiency make
Jim an absolute must when recommending his services to friends and family.

we were in very safe hands. He was very easy to work with, arrived promptly and
explained every aspect of the installation of our new boiler which all went
smoothly. At the end of each day he gave us an update of progress so far
